How do I order/ book photography?

Our ordering process is designed to be simple and completely online. Use the “Book” link on the homepage or menu and choose either the “rental” or “real estate” options. From there you can choose your desired photography package and see our availability. The rest of the steps are pretty self-explanatory.

What is your pricing?

Our pricing can be seen on our respective ordering pages. Just follow the ordering process and you will see the services and add-ons with their respective prices.

What is your photography process like?

A: Once your order is placed we will review the order to be sure we don't have any questions about the order. Your card will be charged at the time of booking. Once we arrive we get started right away, documenting the property based on our knowledge of how a room will appear best photographically. For this reason, we ask that the home be completely ready to photograph before we arrive. Click HERE to refer to our pre-shoot checklist in preparation for the shoot. We are happy to consider specific requests. For your convenience, we work quickly and are usually done in under an hour (*Listing media packages will take longer depending on the amount of media being produced). Please allow 2 business days for videos, virtual staging and floor plans to be delivered.

What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is usually one business day but, occasionally circumstances beyond our control arise and delivery may be delayed. If this is the case, we will do our best to notify you of the delay. Please plan for a 2 business day turnaround for videos, virtual staging and floor plans to be delivered. All other media will be delivered the next business day.

What are your business hours?

Our office hours are open 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. We do have some photographers available on the weekend, but our office will remain closed until the following business day.

Do you offer drone, twilight, and other services?

A: Yes! You can see all our services on our “services and packages” page. We are your one-stop property marketing solution.

When and how do I pay?

A: We like to keep things simple. We will take your credit card information during the ordering process and process it will process. No credit card information is stored. If you decide to add products or services, to your order, you will be prompted to pay to access your media.

What do you mean by "Blue Sky Guarantee"?

We simply edit in a partly cloudy, blue sky on overcast or rainy days. We use a partly cloudy sky to keep the image looking as natural as possible.

Who owns the photos?

Great question. As a professional photography service operating under federal copyright law, Coastal Real Estate Marketing LLC maintains all ownership and copyright to the images we create. This helps us keep our prices down and ensure the work we do meets a high standard. We provide a limited license to use the images for your intended use (real estate sales or rental property marketing) For this reason, we ask that you not use the images for purposes outside your license or share the downloaded images with other firms (including contractors, vendors, etc.) Please direct any license-related questions to info@coastalrephoto.com

Can I share the photos?

We want you to be able to use the photos in any way you like to sell/ rent your listing. To that end, you are welcome to share a link to your online gallery with absolutely anyone. We also place no limits on the services and venues you may use to promote the property. We do ask that you not share downloaded images with non-licensed parties. Please just send them to us at (info@coastalrephoto.com) for licensing. This protects the value of your license and our copyright.

Can you split one photoshoot into two visits?

We would be happy to make multiple trips to the same property but we would have to bill for the additional trip. As a professional photography service, our time is valuable and we can not block time on our schedule that is not accounted for.

What if I want just one drone photo?

We have designed our drone package to appeal to the vast majority of clients. We include a number of images at the same cost as we would charge for one image in order to provide a variety of options for you to choose from. You are welcome to use any or all of the images we provide.

Do you offer discounts?

A: We may, from time to time, offer special incentives. However, as a rule, we keep our everyday pricing as low as possible. We are glad to consider special packages for large projects involving multiple properties. For inquiries about such projects contact us at info@coastalrephoto.com.

Where can I access my old photos through Capture?

Don’t worry your files are safely saved on our server. You can log in and access your files here.
